ZeusOpt may collect account details such as your name, email address, password hash, company name, website, requested plan, site activation records, and newsletter subscription status. We may also store operational records needed to manage account access, entitlements, releases, and support requests.

- To create and secure ZeusOpt accounts
- To manage licenses, plans, and site activation limits
- To deliver product emails, release information, and newsletter updates

3. WordPress Credentials
ZeusOpt account credentials are separate from target WordPress credentials. For connected workflows, WordPress Application Passwords are used instead of the main WordPress account password whenever possible. ZeusOpt does not require the primary WordPress login password to operate the public account system.
4. Email Communications
If you subscribe to the ZeusOpt newsletter or create an account, we may send onboarding, account, product, and licensing-related emails. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe method. Account and service-related emails may still be sent when necessary to operate your access.
5. Data Retention
We keep account, licensing, and subscriber records for as long as they are needed to operate the ZeusOpt platform, comply with legal obligations, maintain auditability, or resolve disputes. You may request account-related changes or removal where legally permitted.
