ZeusOpt Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the ZeusOpt desktop app, the ZeusOpt Bridge, the public account system, and all related services.

Last updated: March 19, 2026. By using ZeusOpt, creating an account, or activating a connected workflow, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Scope

ZeusOpt provides a desktop image optimization application, a WordPress bridge/plugin workflow, account access services, related update systems, and supporting website features. Some features are available without payment, while WordPress-connected workflows require an eligible paid entitlement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your ZeusOpt credentials secure. You may not share your account in ways that violate the site or activation limits of your active plan.

3. Plans, Billing, and Access

Paid access is subscription-based and billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Access to WordPress-connected workflows is granted only when payment is successful, the license remains valid, and the related activation rules are satisfied.

  • Free access covers local desktop workflows only.
  • Paid plans unlock WordPress-connected workflows subject to plan limits.
  • Friend or internal access may be granted manually at ZeusOpt's discretion.

4. WordPress Connections

ZeusOpt uses a separate bridge model for WordPress-connected workflows. Site administrators remain responsible for the WordPress credentials, Application Passwords, backups, and access they grant to their own installations. ZeusOpt account login and target WordPress credentials are separate systems.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use ZeusOpt to abuse third-party systems, bypass licensing restrictions, interfere with services, or operate on WordPress environments you are not authorized to manage. ZeusOpt may suspend or revoke access for abuse, fraud, non-payment, or security concerns.

6. Availability and Changes

ZeusOpt may update features, pricing, workflows, plan limits, and product behavior over time. While we aim for stable operation, services may change as the platform evolves.

7. Limitation of Liability

ZeusOpt is provided on a commercial best-effort basis. You remain responsible for your content, backups, production deployments, and final approval of live changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeusOpt is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
